EXF-110S is a Standard model with high cost performance, powerful functions, highly automated. It suitable for high quality, high efficiency and multi-varieties production. EXF-110E is an advance upgrade model base on EXF-110S standard foaming machine. It upgrade control system to Siemens S7-200 PLC and 12鈥滺MI,use Viking pump from USA. EXF 110S/E mixing tank equipped a flat opening bottom outlet gate, it can be producing uninterrupted and without wash mixing tank. After finish drop mixed material, the bottom outlet gate closed at same time and pour down PPG for next production cycle. EXF-110 S/E has a automatic moving frame, when mixing tank pour down mixed material, the frame automatic moving back to exit the foaming mould.
