Aurogra 100 is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains sildenafil citrate, the same active ingredient found in Viagra. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping to achieve and maintain an erection when sexually aroused. Aurogra 100 belongs to a group of drugs called PDE5 inhibitors. It blocks the enzyme that restricts blood flow, allowing the blood vessels in the penis to relax and widen during sexual stimulation. It doesn’t cause an erection without sexual arousal.
