Product Description 1) Material: Sanitary SUS304 2) Capacity: 100L, 150L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 1000L, 1500L, or custom. 3) 100% TIG welded, Interior and exterior finish polished to sanitary finish. 4) Interior finish pickled and passivated. 5) Hot caustic tank (Electrical Heatinf Elements). 6) Disinfectant tank. 7) SKID Frame with Casters. 8) CIP pump. 9) Piping and valves. 10) VFD controller. OPTIONAL - Heating temperature of the cleaning solutions is automatically controlled. - Manual / semi-automatic / fully-automatic operation machines, separate-type / combined-type machines are available at customer's option. - 3-vessel type / 4- vessel type / single-route / multi-route machines are available to meet the demand of the production technological design of the dairy processing plant. - Machines with the capacity ranging from 100L to 10000L are available for customers. - Photos of tank cleaning equipment /Horizontal CIP equipment.
